University Gliding

Oxford Gliding Club (OGC) is proud to host the Oxford University Gliding Club (OUGC). Students and staff of Oxford and Oxford Brookes Universities who join OUGC become affiliate members of OGC and enjoy all the facilities available to all members. 

OUGC have two of their own aircraft, a K21 and an Astir. All aircraft across both clubs are available to all members.

Having OUGC on site means there is no shortage of pre-solo pilots keen to learn and extra hands to help run the airfield.  New university students typically start in the Autumn months which keeps the launch point active right through the year. Check out the OUGC web site
